Corporate Sponsorship
This level of sponsorship creates the highest level of exposure to our members and encompasses all activities that REINT undertakes during the year. Corporate Sponsorship offers you a range of benefits and represents the best value for you as a sponsor.
Corporate Sponsorship is divided into four (4) categories:
Platinum Corporate Sponsor - There can only be one Platinum Corporate Sponsor. As the Platinum Corporate Sponsor you will receive a range of benefits and the highest level of access to our members. This includes having your logo attached to all external correspondence from the REINT showing your support of the Institute, plus Naming Rights to the Real Estate Awards for Excellence gala event for the period of your sponsorship.
Gold, Silver & Bronze Corporate Sponsors - These also include a range of benefits to the sponsor and high level of access and visibility to members, including inclusion in the annual Awards event and the RELM publication.

Platinum Corporate Sponsorship
As the PLATINUM Corporate Sponsor, REINT would provide you with the following benefits:
Event naming rights
Event Naming Rights to the annual REINT Awards for Professional Excellence.
Inclusive of this are:
- Naming rights to the event, to be known as the 'REINT - [Your Firm] Real Estate Awards for Professional Excellence (Year)'
- One (1) complete complimentary VIP table for 10 persons at the Awards Presentation Night
- Primary positioning of logo & company slogan on all printed and audio-visual material for the event
- Primary position of banner advertising on Awards Night
- Promotional product placement on all tables on Awards Night
- Opportunity to present two awards on the Awards Night
- Recognition as sponsor of main awards for the year - Large Agency of the Year & Small Agency of the Year.
- Logo inclusion as Platinum Sponsor in post Awards night marketing
Note that this event is held every 4th year in Alice Springs. The next planned Alice Springs event will be 2011.
REINT Electronic Media
- Advertising, in a fixed position on the Homepage of the REINT website for the period of the sponsorship arrangement.
- Primary placement on the internal webpage on the REINT website, for the duration of the sponsorship arrangement
- Full page (A4) colour advertisement in the Real Estate Local Market (RELM) Analysis, every quarter for the duration of the sponsorship agreement. RELM is purchased by subscribers and partner organisations Australia wide. RELM will be published as an EMag from January 2010.
REINT Corporate Material
- Your Firm's logo with the wording 'PLATINUM Sponsor' will be affixed to all notices going out to REINT members whether by hard copy or e-mail
- REINT can display printed material in its main office reception area
- Access to the REINT membership (only via REINT when approved) allowing mailouts / advertising to be sent to Principals and members promoting products and services
REINT Member Training
- Your Firm will be given the opportunity to deliver "training seminars" or information sessions on topics of your choosing, and on matters relevant the running of a small business to the Membership.
REINT Membership
- The REINT will give a nominated person a Corporate Membership of the REINT, for the period of the agreement, which carries with it many benefits.
REINT Social & Business Events.
These currently include the following events to which Your Firm would be offered:
REINT/NT News Darwin Golf Day.
- Entry for a team of four (4) persons in this annual event, including BBQ afterwards
- Display of a banner / promotional material at the main staging area
- Display of a banner at a strategic hole
- Opportunity to provide prizes for one of the following: Winning team, Runners Up, Longest Drive or Nearest The Pin.
Note the prize(s) would be additional to the agreed sponsorship package
REINT/Advocate Annual Bowls Day (Alice Springs)
- Entry for a team of four (4) persons in this annual event, including BBQ afterwards
- Display of a promotional material at the main staging area
- Display of a banner at the end of one of the bowling rinks
REINT Christmas Parties (Darwin & Alice Springs)
- An invitation for 2 persons to attend annual Christmas parties in both Darwin and Alice Springs
- Display of banner in a prominent area of the events
REINT Member Events
- These range from breakfast meetings for the Property Managers to Industry Briefings. Your Firm will have the opportunity to provide printed material for display at REINT member events.
Proposed REINT Events
- Breakfast Club. The REINT is looking at similar models used by other REI's and is proposing to emulate this event which would see the staging of 4 breakfast events per year featuring key note speakers. Your Firm would have the opportunity to provide a keynote speaker for one of these events.

As the GOLD Corporate Sponsor, REINT would provide you with the following benefits:
Key Level exposure at the annual REINT Awards for Excellence.
Inclusive of this are
- Six (6) complimentary places for persons at the Awards Presentation Night
- Key positioning of logo & company slogan on all printed and audio-visual material for the event
- Prominent position of banner advertising on Awards Night
- Promotional product placement on all tables on Awards Night
- Opportunity to present an award on the Awards Night
- Recognition as sponsor of one award of your choosing at the Awards night.
