Incorporated in 1974 the Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory Inc. (REINT) is the peak body representing the Real Estate profession across the Northern Territory. The REINT is a politically non-aligned organisation that provides research and well-informed advice to the Government, Opposition, professional members of the real estate sector, media and the public on a range of issues affecting the property market.

The REINT provides a comprehensive representative voice for the Real Estate profession in the Northern Territory when it comes to lobbying Government on legislative issues and regulatory matters

REINT Event Cancellation Policy

REINT endeavours to deliver every course or event as advertised. REINT reserves the right to cancel, postpone, alter, amend or change the venue, times, delivery mode or presenters of its courses, events or workshops. If registrations have commenced, participants will be advised by telephone or email of any cancellations or alternative arrangements that have been made. A received registration may be transferred to another participant prior to a course or event commencing without attracting a penalty. All cancellations must be notified in writing to the REINT. The notification of cancellation should incude details of the Firm, the event and the persons affected by the cancellation. Registrations cancelled within three (3) working days of the commencement of the course, event or workshop shall result in the registration fee being forfeited. Registrations cancelled greater than three (3) working days prior to the commencement of the course, event or workshop may be issued a refund or a credit. Failure to notify of non-attendance will result in the full fee being charged. No refunds or credits will be issued once a course, event or workshop has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances. All exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the Chief Executive Officer of REINT.
