Course Overview

Start your real estate career here with the Interim Course.  This course provides you with the minimum requirements to get your first level of registration to work supervised in the field while completing your studies.  If you are seeking employment with a Real Estate Agency, this will give you the step ahead!  Gain expertise in navigating ethical and professional practice as well as property legislation interpretation. Our course is designed to empower you with practical insights and learning experiences, ensuring you’re well-prepared to embark on your journey in Real Estate.

 

Interim Course includes:

  • Obtain an Interim Registration statement of attainment
  • Upgrade to a Restricted Property Management, Restricted Sales or the Full Agents Representative Course
  • Self-paced with up to 12 months to complete
  • Complete 5 Core units of competency as part of qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Dedicated Trainer and Learner Support officer to support your student journey

  • CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in Real Estate
  • CPPREP4002 Access and Interpret Ethical Practice in Real Estate
  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in Real Estate
  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in Real Estate
  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with Real Estate trust accounts

Please note, this is only the first step, completing these units of competency fulfils the education requirements for an Interim Registration.  The Interim Registration is like the “L” Plate of Real Estate Registration.   It’s a temporary registration to work supervised in the field while you complete the rest of the education requirements for a Restricted of Full Registration.
